SHIPPING POLICY

In an effort to observe more sustainable business practices and prevent harmful overproduction, all Big Cat People merchandise is made-to-order. Fulfillment will happen as efficiently as possible, but please allow 2-4 weeks of processing and shipping time before you receive your order. We appreciate your patience and your consideration for the environment. 

Shipping prices are calculated based on your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at hello@bigcatpeople.com if you have any questions at all.

REFUND POLICY

As all Big Cat People merchandise is made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. If you feel that a manufacturing error has been made, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bigcatpeople.com for assistance.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to offer Free Global Shipping on all fine art prints from our Wall Art collection. All prints are made-to-order and will ship within 2 weeks of purchase using a trusted courier. Prints are shipped unframed for efficiency and quality assurance.

REFUND POLICY

As all Wall Art prints are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns for a refund unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. If a print arrives damaged upon delivery, a replacement print will be made and shipped free of cost. All of our prints undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that they are of the highest standard. If you feel that a manufacturing error has been made, or if your print has been damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bigcatpeople.com for assistance.
