MERCHANDISE – What is your shipping policy?
In an effort to observe more sustainable business practices and prevent harmful overproduction, all Big Cat People merchandise is made-to-order. Fulfillment will happen as efficiently as possible, but please allow 2-4 weeks of processing and shipping time before you receive your order. We appreciate your patience and your consideration for the environment.
Shipping prices are calculated based on your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com if you have any questions at all.
MERCHANDISE – Do you ship worldwide?
Our made-to-order products ship to a wide variety of countries globally. Some products are limited in their availability and will be noted on the product page. Shipping prices are calculated based on your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout.
MERCHANDISE – What is your refund policy?
As all Big Cat People merchandise is made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. If you feel that a manufacturing error has been made, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

WALL ART – Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, global shipping is available. All prints are shipped unframed for efficiency and quality assurance purposes. We are proud to offer Free Global Shipping on all Wall Art orders.
WALL ART – Why do you ship your prints unframed?
The shipping of framed prints can be both difficult and expensive. Framing is also very location specific and subjective. Framing is an artform, and it’s important to match the color of your frame to the image, your space, and your tastes. Our recommendation is often an understated frame that sets the image off from its surroundings with a generous white mat. If you are interested in custom framing or mounting for your print, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com.
WALL ART – What if my print arrives damaged?
If a print arrives damaged upon delivery, a replacement print will be made and shipped free of cost. In the event of damage, our team will cover the cost of return shipping. If your print has arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
WALL ART – What is your refund policy?
As all Wall Art prints are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns for a refund unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All of our prints undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that they are of the highest standard. If you feel that a manufacturing error has been made, or if your print has been damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for assistance.
WALL ART – How do I uncurl the print once it arrives?
When you remove the print from the postal tube, the print will be curled. To uncurl the print, do the following by using the postal tube and the tissue paper that comes with the print. Nothing else is needed.
– Wash and dry hands to handle the print and do not touch the print surface
– Lay the curled print that was removed from postal tube on a flat surface
– Cover the printed surface with tissue paper
– Use the postal tube that the print was shipped in
– Firmly and with care roll the covered print around the tube
– Hold the rolled print for approximately 30 seconds in the rolled position
– Unroll the print and remove the tissue paper and the print will be flattened
WALL ART – Are the prints signed?
Prints from the Wall Art collection are not limited edition prints; therefore, they are not signed. However, they do include a digitally-signed Thank You note from Jonathan & Angela Scott. Each thank you note will be mailed separately.
WALL ART – Do the prints include a white border?
Yes. For mounting purposes, each print is printed with a 1 inch white border on all sides.
WALL ART – How long before I receive my print?
All prints from the Wall Art collection will ship within 2 weeks of purchase. Each print is made-to-order just for you.
WALL ART – How should I care for my print?
To care for your prints, we recommend you display them behind non-reflective, UV-resistant museum glass and protect them from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
WALL ART – Can I purchase a print outright?
Yes, you may buy an entire edition and own the only photograph of its kind. Of course, this is assuming that it is a new piece of ours that has not yet been sold. The cost for an exclusive buyout begins at $9,900.
WALL ART – Do you offer corporate or bulk discounts?

WALL ART – Do you allow custom orders?
Of course! If you are looking to commission an image, or perhaps looking for a specific size or an image that is not featured in our online gallery, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for a custom quote.
